La révolution des métiers
Que veux-tu faire quand tu seras grand·e? Une question à laquelle, enfant, nous avons bien dû répondre des dizaines et des dizaines de fois. Mais qui de nous aurait pu s’imaginer Data Scientist, Community Manager, Cyberpolicier·ère, Développeur·euse mobile, Spécialiste en durabilité ou encore Ingénieur·e en réalité virtuelle?…
Si l’évolution des métiers a toujours existé – eh oui, télégraphistes, allumeurs de réverbères ou gérant·e de vidéo-clubs ne courent plus les rues depuis belle lurette – ce qui frappe aujourd’hui c’est la vitesse à laquelle se déroulent ces évolutions. Selon un rapport du Département du Travail des Etats-Unis, 65% des enfants scolarisés aujourd’hui exerceront des métiers qui n’ont pas encore été créés. Et dans l’étude La révolution des métiers – Nouveaux métiers, nouvelles compétences: quels enjeux pour l’entreprise?1 réalisée conjointement par Ernst & Young et LinkedIn, 90% des dirigeants d’entreprises anticipent des changements majeurs dans les métiers de leurs équipes ces prochaines années, et 39% pensent qu’un quart de leurs effectifs sera concerné par ces évolutions.
