Territorial Project for Social and Ecological Change
This Master of Advanced Studies (MAS), jointly organised by the ETH Zurich and EPFL offers an innovative approach to urban and landscape transformation, addressing social and environmental challenges. It functions as both a laboratory and forum, proposing design strategies, agendas, and governance models for real territories. Through Swiss and international case studies, students engage in intensive fieldwork, ethnographic research, and in-situ workshops, working closely with local actors, communities, NGOs, and governance institutions to shape context-specific and socially grounded design responses.
