The Certificate of Advanced Studies in International Business Disputes (CAS IBD) addresses the growing complexity of cross-border business disputes by equipping legal professionals with practical knowledge of international case handling. Unlike longer programmes, it is designed to fit alongside full-time professional activity, offering intensive training within a short timeframe. The curriculum provides insights into multiple mechanisms of dispute resolution, including international arbitration and litigation before state courts, while exploring diverse aspects, techniques, and fields of international dispute resolution.
