Profound change currents are reshaping supply chains on a global scale. Those who wish to stay ahead of this change need to move from supply chain management to value chain management thinking. Move beyond managing operations to realizing growth, innovation and sustainability goals towards Industry 5.0. This program will impart the knowledge and tools needed for professionals to become resilient value chain leaders within their organizations.

Resilient Value Chain Management is organized by EPFL Executive Education – Sustainable Resilient Value Chains. This CAS is part of a suite of connected programs enabling the development of Sustainable Resilient Value Chains (SRVC), and seeks to provide answers to some of the critical questions of our time: How can the current operations community leverage innovation and novel thinking to enable the sustainable and resilient growth in an Industry 5.0. world? How can organizations achieve transformation towards human-centric smart manufacturing and sustainable supply networks? And what are the skills needed by individuals and organizations driving these transformations from the ground up?
