The Climate Change Law and Litigation programme addresses the global climate crisis through an innovative approach to legal principles, regulatory frameworks, and dispute resolution strategies. Designed for lawyers, it develops advanced legal knowledge and advocacy skills from comparative and cross-industry perspectives. Courses are taught in English, mainly on Thursdays and Fridays during spring and autumn, with some offered remotely. In collaboration with the British Institute of International and Comparative Law, the program leverages renowned expertise in climate change law and litigation.
This programme is organised by the Faculty of Law, Criminal Justice and Public Administration, Lausanne.
