Resilient Value Chain Management

EPFL EMBA

Circularity is a term that has been tossed around the Operations community for nearly 4 decades. And yet, it remains a largely untapped potential and term often misunderstood as a state, rather than a mindset that must continuously adjust to changing industry practice and innovation. This program will impart the knowledge and tools needed for professionals to become circular value network leaders within their organizations.

Circular Value Networks is organized by EPFL Executive Education – Sustainable Resilient Value Chains. This Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) focuses on rethinking the global supply chain model, from systems thinking and impact reduction to circular economy principles. This CAS is part of a suite of connected programs enabling the development of Sustainable Resilient Value Chains (SRVC), and seeks to provide answers to some of the critical questions of our time: How can technological innovation enable the sustainable and resilient growth in an Industry 5.0. world? How can organizations achieve transformation towards human-centric smart manufacturing and sustainable supply networks? And what are the skills needed by individuals and organizations driving these transformations from the ground up?
