COVID-19: Impact on UNIL-EPFL continuing education programmes
Continuing education programmes are delivered face-to-face or online. Participants are informed directly by email of the chosen format for their course. For more details, you can also look at the webpage for each programme.
Rules of hygiene and behaviour for participants and instructors in our continuing education programmes
If your course takes place in the premises of the Formation Continue UNIL-EPFL or on the UNIL campus
The Formation Continue UNIL-EPFL has developed specific regulations for face-to-face courses. Please read them carefully and respect them.
The rules of hygiene and behaviour have been put into place to protect you and complement the rules that everyone must already respect in his daily life. These rules are essential for the smooth running of the courses in the coming weeks and in order to keep all attendees safe.
We thank you for your support.
Rules of hygiene and behaviour
Mask must be worn at all times in the buildings and classrooms where the courses are taking place. During the course, the instructor may remote his or her mask as long as a distance of 1.50m from the participants is maintained. Participants and instructors must bring their own masks.
When entering the premises, use the hydro-alcoholic solution provided to disinfect hands.
In accordance with the rules set by the Swiss Federal Council, the COVID certificate is mandatory to attend all our courses, with application of the “2G” rule (admission only for vaccinated or recovered persons). For more information on the conditions for obtaining the COVID certificate, please visit the website of the FOPH.
The COVID certificate is mandatory to access the catering services on the UNIL-EPFL campus.
Symptoms and quarantine
In accordance with the FOPH prescription, we remind you that in case of symptoms or quarantine, stay home and get tested even if you have been vaccinated or have recovered from the disease. If you find yourself in this situation, please inform the programme organisers.
We remind you that the most common symptoms of a coronavirus infection are as follows:
- symptoms of acute airway disease (dry cough, sore throat, respiratory failure);
- sudden loss of smell and/or taste.
If your course takes place outside the premises of the Formation Continue UNIL-EPFL or the UNIL campus (e.g. at the EPFL or other institutions)
Additional and/or specific regulations may apply if your course takes place outside of the Formation Continue UNIL-EPFL or the UNIL campus. They will be communicated by the course organisers.
